• Prices: Prices vary based on distance and number of pets. For an accurate quote, please contact Julia's Pet Services and speak to one of our friendly pet specialists.

• Booking: Bookings are finalized only when paid in full.

• Consultations: A fee of $35.00 applies for all consultations, regardless of booking.

• Medical Consultations: Fees start at $50.00 and apply for all medical consultations regardless of booking.

• Key delivery: A service fee of $25.00 is charged for all key pickups and drop-offs.

• Feeding Service: An additional fee of $5 is charged for feeding pets per visit for up to two pets. For more than two pets, we charge an extra $2.50 per pet for feedings per visit.

• Additional Pets: There is an extra charge of $5 for each additional pet.

• Holiday surcharges: Three days before and after a holiday are subject to surcharging. Please review our Holiday PDF for more information.

• Credit Expiration: Credits expire 90 days from the date of issue.
